Resilience, sometimes referred to as "psychological flexibility" or "inner resistance," is defined as the ability of an individual, group, or even a society to successfully cope with adversities, traumas, threats, or significant stressors. This adaptability does not merely mean enduring hardships, but also includes the processes of "recovery" and "growth" following a crisis. Resilience is not a fixed and inherent trait, but rather a set of skills, attitudes, and behaviors that can be learned and strengthened. Given the increasing importance of the concept of resilience, especially during the sensitive period of adolescence which is accompanied by numerous changes and challenges, this research was conducted with the aim of explaining the role and impact of spirituality on adolescent resilience from the perspective of the verses of the Holy Quran. The research method is qualitative and based on qualitative content analysis of Quranic verses in the fields of spirituality and resilience. The findings of the research indicate that, from the perspective of the Quran, spirituality forms the foundation of a resilient personality by creating inner stability, giving meaning to sufferings, strengthening enduring hope, creating a sense of divine companionship, increasing self-control, and facilitating healthy relationships. Consequently, spirituality, as a comprehensive framework, plays a fundamental role in the formation and enhancement of adolescent resilience and serves as a powerful tool for successfully facing the challenges of puberty.
