Within the family system and society, every individual—regardless of gender—possesses a specific status and defined boundaries, the observance of which yields significant positive educational and social outcomes. In the family environment, men and women hold specific gender roles; the proper fulfillment of these roles enables the family to achieve its defined functions. However, disregarding the distinction between these roles and failing to fulfill designated duties leads to adverse consequences for the family’s educational system. Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, the current research examines spousal, paternal, educational, and managerial roles through an analysis of religious, pedagogical, and social science texts. While emphasizing the natural and ontological differences between men and women, this study focuses on the necessity of gender role differentiation and its benefits for the family. Furthermore, by investigating the transformation of gender roles in the contemporary era, the implications of these changes are explored. The results indicate that the most prominent effects of failing to distinguish gender roles include: the emergence of gender identity crises, challenges in parenting, the development of conflict and competition between spouses, and ultimately, the destabilization of the family foundation, which necessitates attention and corrective strategies..
