The increasing proliferation of images lacking Sharia-compliant attire by women in cyberspace, along with the necessity to counter these threats to the sanctity of chastity and societal morality, necessitates that religious experts, as well as jurists and legal scholars, join forces to assist legislators in establishing a robust barrier. Accordingly, this research focuses on jurisprudential strategies to combat virtual nudity. The research methodology employed in this article is descriptive, utilizing library research, with articles and background literature sourced from reputable databases such as Magiran, Irandoc, NoorMags, and other credible journals. The findings indicate that jurists and the Islamic community emphasize that by prioritizing families, educational systems, and universities, and by providing them with useful and valuable cultural programs, we will certainly witness a reduction in social anomalies. Furthermore, to address the problem of non-hijab, we must move toward theism and monotheistic issues; prayer and fasting are pillars of the Divine. A third strategy is the creation of content-rich platforms dedicated to chastity and hijab. A fourth strategy—raising insight regarding cyberspace, its functions, and its effects among its users—is another necessity. Many of the deviations and misconducts observed in this space stem from a lack of knowledge regarding the subject; thus, digital literacy, media literacy, and cyberspace literacy training are essential for all individuals active within it.
